MYANMAR UPDATES

Myanmar National Museum Renovated

Myanmar National Museum in Yangon has been upgraded recently. New lighting, displays and better signage aim to attract more visitors to this long neglected national heritage enclave. Some of the highlights of the museum include the Lion Throne from Mandalay which belonged to the last king of Myanmar and the collection of national races in the top floor where you can see all ethnic groups  traditional dresses.

We would like to encourage partners and travelers to include Myanmar National Museum in your tour itineraries. The museum is located on Pyay Road 2-3km north from downtown.
