TOUR DETAILS

DAY 1 : YANGON ARRIVAL

Street photography and Yangon exploration. Markets, jetty, tea shops, old quarter, Shwedagon and bustling China town in the evening.

DAY 2 :  BAGAN FOCUS

Flight to Bagan and tour with local photographer guide who knows all the best spots to make most of your visit. If you are still a beginner he can give guidance to work on your technique and composition.

DAY 3 :  BALLOON FLIGHT AND BAGAN SHOTS SUNRISE BALLOON FLIGHT.

Witness Bagan from birds eye view. Another day with photographer guide. Shoot local life, monasteries and some more temples. It is all flexible we certainly will include your favourites.

DAY 4 :  RIVER JOURNEY & YANDABO VILLAGE

Travel by boat on Ayeyarwady River to Yandabo pottery village. Village exploration, observe craftsmen at work and firing pots in their kilns.

DAY 5 :  VILLAGE VISIT & SUNSET AT MT POPA

Morning visit to local school and typical country side village to experience farmers life. Drive to Mt Popa to shoot beautiful sunset and mountain views.

DAY 6 :  OVERLAND TO KALAW – COLONIAL HILL STATION

Drive to Kalaw former summer capital of the british administration. Afternoon walk in or around Kalaw.

DAY 7 :  PINDAYA CAVES & LOCAL TRAIN RIDE

Morning visit to Pindaya “Tuscany of Myanmar” in its famous cave. Local train ride from Heho to Shwe Nyuang to experience local life.

DAY 8 : INLE LAKE                                                                    

Leg rowers, misty mornings, villages on stilts and wonderful mountain valley scenery and minorities surely charm you you.

DAY 9 :  BOAT TO SAGAR, DRIVE TO LOIKAW

Morning market and scenic boat journey to southern part of Inle Lake. Transfer to Loikaw from Phekone.

DAY 10 :  KAYAH TRIBES

Visit Kayah and Kayan tribe villages to experience local culture incl “long neck” ladies.

DAY 11 :  HTAY KHO, KAYO VILLAGE

Drive to Htay Kho village nestled at the root the highest peak in Kayah State.

DAY 12 :  FLIGHT TO YANGON & CONNECT OUT

After breakfast at hotel, we will transfer to Loikaw airport for flight to Yangon and connect your departure flight.
