KEP PROVINCE TOURS & HIGHLIGHTS
Kep whispers of a bygone elegance — where jungle-clad hills meet tranquil shores, and time slows down to the rhythm of sea breezes and the scent of pepper and salt.
Kep is readily accessible from major Cambodian cities, primarily Phnom Penh and the nearby town of Kampot. From Phnom Penh, you can opt for a bus or minivan, with several reputable companies offering direct services that typically take 3-5 hours. Alternatively, a train service also connects Phnom Penh to Kep (or more commonly, Kampot, from where you’d need onward transport). For a quicker and more comfortable journey, private taxis are available. If you’re coming from Kampot, which is only about 25-30km away, tuk-tuks, shared taxis, or even renting a motorbike are convenient options, with the journey taking approximately 30-45 minutes. International visitors can fly into Sihanoukville International Airport (KOS) and then arrange a taxi or bus transfer to Kep, which is about a 2-3 hour drive, or fly into Phnom Penh International Airport (PNH) and connect from there.
