Getting to Malapascua involves a scenic journey from Cebu City. Start by taking a 3.5 to 4-hour drive north to the port town of Maya in Daanbantayan. Cebu City itself is well-connected with daily domestic and international flights, making access to the island relatively smooth.
Malapascua is a small, walkable island with no cars—most visitors explore on foot or by renting a bicycle. For a more relaxed ride, motorbike taxis (habal-habal) are available to take you to key spots around the island.
